My name is Sam, and I'm a mindfulness and meditation nerd with over a decade of meditation experience.


As someone who has struggled over the years with anxiety, mindfulness meditation has been a complete game-changer for me in how I relate to my thoughts, feelings, and to myself. Although I practice in the Zen tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, my facilitated sessions focus on secular mindfulness techniques, and while rooted in the Buddhist tradition, these techniques are suitable for clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.

I strive to create a safe space for each client, and to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, goals, and challenges.

I'm a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher through Holbrook College (accredited), and have completed the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teachers' program through the Canadian Mindfulness Institute. I've also participated in multiple silent meditation retreats over the years, and sit weekly with a local meditation group, in addition to maintaining my own daily practice.

One-on-One Coaching (Online or In Person)

Embark on an 8-week journey with me to establish an at-home mindfulness and meditation practice for yourself, based on the principles of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, and customized to your specific needs, challenges, and goals.

Meditation "Tune Up" Session

For more experienced meditation practitioners. Are you feeling a little rusty in your practice? Or perhaps you're encountering a roadblock during your sittings?   I'm here to help. Can be scheduled as one-off sessions, or on a regular basis to help you stay on track and/or deepen your practice.
